We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our dynamic team. The Apprentice will work closely with experienced professionals, learning the ins and outs of the industry while contributing to our commitment to exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist in providing outstanding customer service at the front desk and throughout the establishment.
Support social media management efforts by creating engaging content and interacting with our online community.
Participate in various beauty services including eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, and makeup application under supervision.
Engage with guests to enhance their experience through effective communication and hospitality skills.
Learn upselling techniques to promote additional services and products to clients.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
Attend training sessions and workshops to develop management skills and industry knowledge.
Requirements
Level 2 qualified with a desire to progress to Level 3 Beauty or Holistics
Strong communication skills with a passion for customer service.
Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is advantageous but not essential.
An interest in beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, and massage therapy is preferred.
Ability to work well within a team and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and taking on responsibilities.
