We have an incredible opportunity for a passionate Beauty Content Lead to join our team. As the divisional lead, you will own the 360 strategic vision and delivery of beauty content across the Harrods Group: Harrods (Knightsbridge and online), H beauty and Drybar across every channel; organic and paid. This includes, but is not limited to, .com, social media, Harrods magazine, CRM, printed collateral, in-store screens, in-store signage, events and much more.
You will act as Harrods content figurehead for beautyxe2x80x94bringing editorial integrity, innovation, and storytelling excellence to every customer touchpoint. You will bring a rare blend of creative leadership, commercial acumen and industry expertise, playing a pivotal part in shaping how we communicate with our beauty customer.
About the role
Youll develop and execute a 360-degree content strategy across digital, social, print and in-store platforms, aligning closely with customer, trade, and marketing priorities. This is a highly collaborative role that requires you to influence senior stakeholders across Marketing, Partnerships (Media), Buying, CRM, Creative and Trade, while leading a team of five to deliver high-impact, insight-led content that performs.
This is a hands-on management role, balancing strategic planning, people management and high-profile delivery. The ability to interpret performance analytics, lead with data, and pivot strategy in an agile way is essential. Youll also represent Harrods in public-facing capacitiesxe2x80x94from PR networking and presenting video content to hosting live events.
