We are seeking someone who is experienced in the beauty industry to become a mentor and join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in beauty, with a passion for mentoring others. This role offers an exciting opportunity to guide and support young people with special educational needs in exploring beauty and possibly hair styling as a career. The Mentor will be responsible for creating a positive nurturing environment, delivering sessions to small groups of young people and having fun while doing it. Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance and support to individuals in a mentoring capacity
- Help mentees set and achieve personal and professional goals
- Share knowledge, skills, and experiences to assist mentees in their development
- Offer advice and feedback on various aspects of life and work
- Serve as a positive role model and advocate for mentees

Skills:

- Skilled, experienced and ideally qualified in the beauty industry.

- Experience in hair styling advantageous.
- Strong Organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to actively listen and provide constructive feedback
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trust with mentees
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each mentee

- Computer literate with basic Microsoft Office skills e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook.

NOTE:
