Are you passionate about beauty therapy and inspiring the next generation of beauty professionals? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Beauty Lecturer to join our team in Newcastle for the Autumn term.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching sessions to Level 2 Beauty students (Level 3 delivery may also be required)
Support learners with theory and practical skills development
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment
Contribute to curriculum planning and course development where necessary
Requirements:
A Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy
A recognised Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)
Recent teaching or industry experience in the beauty sector
Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
A commitment to student success and professional development
Desirable:
Experience delivering Level 3 Beauty Therapy
Experience in FE or post-16 education settings
