3d Health and Fitness at the Holiday Inn, Corby

You will lead our beauty team and oversee daily operations within our beauty spa Pampered & Polished. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with a passion for the beauty industry.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a department and help achieve targets to drive business growth through exceptional service and marketing strategies.

Duties

Lead and motivate the beauty team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve treatment and retail sales targets Manage appointment scheduling, spa day bookings, client consultations, and product recommendations Oversee social media management to promote services, special offers, and brand awareness Implement effective merchandising strategies to optimise product displays and maximise sales Conduct all staff training on customer service, product knowledge, upselling techniques, and customer service etiquette Organise promotional events and special campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and ensure the salon maintains a clean, organised environment Learn and understand the daily operations of the fitness club and spa Support the leisure club and spa manager in any operational duties The ability to make decisions, solve problems and take appropriate action. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Perform beauty treatments Manage and control 3rd party website availability to ensure they show the most up to date availability Quarterly bonus scheme offered

Experience

Proven experience in beauty or retail management roles, preferably within a salon or spa setting Strong social media management skills with experience in creating engaging content across platforms Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously hold a minimum level 3 beauty qualification Experience in upselling beauty services and retail products to enhance revenue streams
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-33,000.00 per year
