, you'll be responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with high-end salons, ensuring they have the products, knowledge, and support needed to succeed. You'll be the go-to expert for salon owners and stylists, helping them drive sales and provide an exceptional experience for their clients.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities



Identify and qualify potential new salon partners through networking, outreach, and referrals. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing salons, ensuring they maximise their partnership. Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the brand's unique benefits. Provide top-tier customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. Advise salons on business strategies to optimise sales and customer engagement. Oversee credit control - managing customer payment terms, credit limits, and aged debt. Track and analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth.

What You'll Need



A passion for sales and relationship-building - you thrive on making meaningful connections. Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage and educate salon professionals. Excellent organisation and time management, as you'll be managing your own territory. A background in beauty, retail, or luxury sales is ideal, but we welcome driven individuals with a desire to learn and an interest in beauty. A background in hairdressing/salon management is a big bonus. Your own transport (car) to get to the places of business in North West London. An entrepreneurial mindset - we're looking for someone who goes beyond the 9-5, stays up to date with industry trends, and actively seeks opportunities to grow.
