Duties

Greet clients warmly and assist with their enquiries at the front desk Manage appointment scheduling and client bookings efficiently Support stylists and beauticians with their daily routines and preparations Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon environment Assist with product sales through upselling techniques Prepare treatment rooms for services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, or hair styling Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction Support store management in stock organisation and inventory checks Mentor new team members and contribute to a positive team atmosphere

Skills

Strong communication skills with an approachable manner Experience in store management or front desk operations is advantageous Knowledge of barbering, eyelash extensions, or makeup application is desirable Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining professionalism Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour Mentoring abilities to support team development Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
