We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, carrying out a variety of beauty treatments, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming and organised environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of beauty therapists fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere. Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling appointments, overseeing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet salon targets while enhancing customer satisfaction. Oversee merchandising efforts to promote products effectively within the salon space. Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, budgeting, and reporting to ensure smooth operation of the business. Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently while managing multiple responsibilities. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to encourage professional growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in carrying out a variety of beauty treatment's and management or supervisory role within the beauty industry. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with administrative processes relevant to salon operations is preferred. A keen eye for merchandising trends that can enhance product visibility and sales within the salon.
