As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales to achieve business goals while providing exceptional treatments for our clients.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the salon team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
Manage daily salon operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness.
Supervise and train staff on best practices in customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Handle client enquiries and complaints with professionalism and effective phone etiquette.
Develop promotional strategies to enhance sales management and attract new clients.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon environment.
Maintain an organised work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty or salon industry is essential.
Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills to maintain smooth salon operations while supervising staff effectively.
Ability to perform treatments at a high standard.
Experience in intimate waxing, gel polish manicures, pedicures, lash lifts, brow lamination, HD brows, spray tans.
