We're looking for a beauty-qualified, confident, and driven Store Manager to lead our Sheffield branch of Little Diva Spa - a magical spa & party venue for children aged 4-11 And beauty treatments for their families

At weekends, we host unforgettable pamper parties and spa days for kids. During the week, we're growing into a beauty salon for mums, teens, and self-care clients -- and we need a manager who's excited to help make that happen.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the store team and oversee daily operations Run weekend pamper parties (including managing young staff) Carry out or oversee beauty treatments during weekday salon hours Grow weekday bookings and develop local promotions Manage rotas, stock, and team performance Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards
What We're Looking For:

Level 2 or Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (required) Friendly, approachable leadership style Happy to work weekends and with younger team members Ambitious and business-minded -- ready to grow a local salon offering Organised, reliable, and confident in decision-making Previous manager or team leader experience is a bonus (but not essential -- we provide full manager training)
