We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various beauty treatments and services, including eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, Facials, waxing, Gel Manicure, Pedicure. As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services while ensuring a high standard of customer care. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage social media will also play a key role in promoting our services and engaging with clients.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and maximise revenue.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of treatment areas and equipment.
Assist in social media management by promoting services and sharing client transformations online.
Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to continually improve service offerings.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Proficiency in eyelash extensions, deep tissue massage, makeup application, and barbering is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Experience in upselling products or services is an advantage.
Ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently.
A passion for beauty therapy and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in beauty therapy are essential.
