Role Overview:

We're seeking a skilled, personable Beauty Therapist with passion and experience in lash and brow treatments, nails and waxing. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service, build strong client relationships, and contribute to a positive salon atmosphere. This role includes performing lash extensions, brow services, lash lifts, and nails plus related beauty services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform beauty treatments to salon standards

- Provide aftercare guidance

- Conduct thorough client consultations and patch tests

- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and infection control

- Promote retail products and recommend homecare plans

- Accurately record client treatments and preferences in salon system

- Support appointment scheduling and maintain punctuality

- Contribute to team goals, training, and salon events

Requirements:

- Certificate/Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent; lash/brow certifications preferred

- Minimum 1 years' experience in professional lash and brow services

- Strong technical skills in lash extensions, lash lifts, and brow treatments would be an advantage

- Excellent communication, client service, and consultative skills

- Attention to detail, cleanliness, and professional presentation

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends as required
