Duties

Deliver a range of beauty treatments such as facials, waxing, and skincare routines Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the treatment area in accordance with health and safety regulations Build rapport with clients to ensure repeat business and positive reviews Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow Educate clients on aftercare procedures and product recommendations

Qualifications

Proven experience or training in makeup application and general beauty therapy techniques Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour Strong communication skills to effectively understand client needs and explain treatments clearly Fluency in English is essential for effective interaction with clients and team members Organised with the ability to manage multiple appointments simultaneously A recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or related field is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles
