We are looking for a fully qualified Level 3 Beauty Therapist to join our established, friendly and family run Clinic in on a

FULL TIME

basis - totalling 40-42 hours per week.

40/42 hour contract:

Tuesday:

10/11:00 - 19:30

Wednesday:

10/11:00 - 20:00

Thursday:

09:00 - 17:30

Friday:

09:00 - 17:30

Saturday:

09:00 - 17:30

Essential:

Level 3 Qualified:

Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.

Waxing:

We're looking for someone with proven experience in waxing, who delivers treatments with confidence and attention to detail.

3 Years Experience in the Beauty Industry:

Including a minimum of 1 year experience in massage.

Knowledge and Experience with Level 2 and 3 Beauty Treatments:

Well-versed in a broad range of beauty treatments within Levels 2 and 3.

Reception Skills:

Proficient in managing reception duties, including greeting clients, handling inquiries, and managing bookings.

Experience with Computerised Booking Systems:

Ability to efficiently use booking software to manage client appointments and schedules.

Strong Time Management and Initiative:

Excellent at managing time effectively, working independently, and collaborating as part of a team.

Client Care and Communication:

Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on client care, ensuring a positive client experience.

Social Skills:

Outgoing and personable, with the ability to interact comfortably with a wide variety of clients.

Reliability:

Dependable and trustworthy, with a commitment to punctuality and consistency in work performance.

Able to Open/Close Clinic:

Competent in managing the opening and closing procedures of the clinic, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Lone Working Capability:

Comfortable working independently when required, maintaining high standards of service and clinic safety.

Excellent People Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members, building positive relationships.

Well Presented at All Times:

Maintains a professional appearance, reflecting the standards of the clinic.

Good Work Ethic:

Demonstrates a strong work ethic, showing dedication and a proactive attitude toward tasks and responsibilities.

Desirable:

Proficiency in Skin Booster/skin enhancing Treatments:

Experienced in performing skin booster treatments with a thorough understanding of techniques and client care.

Qualified in Level 4 Treatments:

Certified to perform Level 4 treatments, including advanced aesthetic procedures, with a strong grasp of safety protocols and regulations.

Staff Management Experience:

Proven track record in managing a team, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring to maintain high standards of service.

Team Leadership Skills:

Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively, fostering a positive work environment, motivating staff, and driving the team towards achieving clinic goals.

Duties:

Performing all level 2 and 3 treatments to industry standards

Keeping up to date with all relevant knowledge of the industry

General cleaning of the Clinic

Using our online software for booking clients

Answering calls

Client care and communication

Health and safety

Completing relevant courses given

You will receive:

Uniform provided

Ongoing training

Initial training for the clinic in all treatments being performed

Mileage paid 0.45p for business use only (excludes to and from work)

50% treatments for yourself

10% off treatments for family members

1 free treatment per month excl aesthetics

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
