As a Beauty Therapist at Astrabody, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality non-invasive body treatments and laser hair removal, while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients, guide them through their treatments, and install them safely in the machines (
InfraBike, SupraSculpt, Cryolipolysis, etc.
)
Perform
laser hair removal treatments
(training will be provided if required)
Advise and recommend suitable treatment plans tailored to client needs
Proactively drive sales and exceed targets through a consultative approach
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming working environment
Assist with stock management and product inventory
Follow up with clients after treatments to ensure satisfaction
Create engaging content for social media (e.g. Instagram stories) to promote services and client results
Candidate Profile
You are the right fit for this role if:
You hold a
Level 3 or 4 qualification in Beauty Therapy
(or equivalent)
You have proven experience in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or a related field
Experience or training in
Laser Hair Removal
is a strong advantage
Experience or training in
Cryolipolysis or similar body contouring treatments
is desirable
You are confident, dynamic, and highly motivated
You have excellent customer service and communication skills
You are comfortable working towards sales targets and commissions
You are proactive with social media and enjoy creating content
You are able to work both independently and as part of a team
