Role Overview:

As a Level 3 Beautician, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of beauty treatment to our clients. You'll be confident, friendly, and highly skilled in both customer care and technical ability.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a range of professional beauty treatments including Gel nails, Facials, Waxing, Massage and much more Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention Help manage salon stock, hygiene, and salon presentation Recommend treatments and products tailored to individual client needs Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, treatments and products

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) Minimum 1 year of salon experience (preferred) Knowledge of skincare, massage techniques, and beauty treatments Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continued learning Reliable, professional and client-focused

Desirable but not essential:

Experience with Gel nails/BIAB or extensions Lash lift and tint certification Lash extensions Dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, or advanced facial training
