What You'll Do:

Deliver professional treatments that exceed expectations, following Clarins UK guidelines. Share our passion by connecting product benefits with the stories behind our powerful ingredients. Build loyalty by offering thoughtful, personalised skincare advice - in the spa and on counter. Create moments of beauty and storytelling with every client interaction. Rise to sales challenges with confidence and creativity. Maintain a pristine, welcoming treatment space that reflects the excellence of our brand.

You Are:

NVQ 2 & 3 (or equivalent) Beauty Therapy Qualified Deeply passionate about beauty and skincare. A confident communicator who connects effortlessly with clients. Motivated by goals and energised by a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Professional, reliable, and always striving to exceed expectations.
