Job Summary:- We are seeking a skilled Beautician to join our team in providing exceptional beauty services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and excellent customer service skills.
Duties:- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including waxing, nails , eyelash extensions, massage , and other beauty services- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction- Manage front desk duties such as booking appointments and handling payments- Upsell products and services to clients- Utilise social media platforms to promote services and engage with clients
Experience:- Previous experience in the beauty industry is preferred however we are recruiting straight from college too - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively manage client expectations- Proficiency in social media management to promote services and engage with clients- Excellent customer service skills with a hospitable approach to client interactions
