Your Key Responsibilities

Be the welcoming face of the clinic, ensuring an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. Handle all enquiries promptly and professionally, building strong client relationships. Manage the clinic's diary effectively, maximising efficiency and profitability. Provide expert advice and tailored skincare recommendations. Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels, microneedling, laser therapy, facials, manicures, pedicures, and waxing (

training provided

). Support clinic marketing efforts, helping to grow our brand and client base. Maintain a pristine and professional workspace, ensuring all tools and products meet the highest hygiene standards.

What We're Looking For

Experience in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or skincare. Outstanding communication and customer service skills. A recognised qualification in beauty therapy or laser therapy. A
