Before and

After School Assistant - TERM TIME ONLY - SEPTEMBER START

5 days a week. 7.00am - 9.15am

2.45pm - 6.00pm

Monday - Friday - 27.50 hours per week - 38 weeks of the year (Term Time only)

Extra hours available in Holiday club or main nursery during school holidays if required.

The Nursery:

Hollins Wood Childcare is an individual, family run nursery in a delightful semi-rural setting just out of Marple Bridge village.

The nursery is ideally located in the beautiful village of Marple Bridge, making it easily accessible for all commuter routes. Hollins Wood is driven by 4 key values which our practice is based upon ensuring all children thrive in our setting. We are blessed with huge amounts of outside space so our love of learning is clearly visible on all sides of the nursery building.

Hollins Wood Treehouse cares for children before / after school and during the school holidays. Children attend from the three local primary schools and cares for them during the hours of:7.00am - 9.15am / 2.45pm - 6.00pm. The Club benefit from our outdoor areas, a stimulating environment and the use of the Hollins Wood mini bus for exciting trips out and about.

The Role:

Experience of working with children. Ensuring all children are taken to and from school in a safe and timely manner. Supporting children with a range of activities. Working within a small team. Developing relationships with parents. Providing breakfast and a snack tea for the children. Ensuring all safeguarding procedures and health and safety policies are followed. The hours of work will be 7.00am - 9.15am and 2.45pm - 6.00pm, (27.50 hours per week) Monday-Friday, term time only (38 weeks of the year). We can be slightly flexible on start times in a morning and end times at the end of the day if required. Extra hours available in our holiday club during the school holiday if required.
