About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as one of two administrators within our friendly Befriending & Counselling service. You would act as first point of contact for clients, family members, volunteers & professionals, carrying out telephone assessments, client matching & resolving queries. The postholder will also provide administrative support and be expected to work proactively and flexibly to maximise organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
