We are seeking a friendly, organised, and reliable Behaviour Administrator and Receptionist to join our busy school office team. This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of school life, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with young people and adults alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Working efficiently in a busy and sometimes pressurised reception environment
Using IT systems confidently, with training provided on the school's administration system (Bromcom)
Accurately inputting and maintaining pupil data, including rewards and sanctions, and completing follow-up administrative tasks
Communicating clearly and professionally with staff, parents, pupils, and external visitors, both in person and on the telephone
Providing a welcoming, calm, and helpful front-of-house service while managing changing situations
Administering First Aid in line with training and deciding when pupils or staff require further treatment or assessment
Training will be provided where necessary. This role offers the opportunity to play a vital part in supporting pupils, staff, and the wider school community.
The Successful Candidate Will
Be confident, approachable, and well organised
Have strong IT and administrative skills
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Remain calm, efficient, and professional under pressure
Enjoy working with a wide range of people in a school setting
