Job Title: Behaviour Mentor / Designated Safeguarding Lead

Salary / Rate: 100-170 per day

Enlighten Supply Pool are currently recruiting for a Behaviour Mentor/DSL to work in a school ASAP.

The Behaviour Mentor is responsible for providing support to students or clients with behavioural challenges in a variety of settings. They will work under the direction of educators, therapists, or behaviour specialists to implement behaviour intervention plans, provide one-on-one guidance, and create a positive learning environment. The goal is to help clients improve social, emotional, and behavioural skills to achieve success in both academic and social situations.

In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria;

Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident Have at least 6 months school based experience of working in the educational setting Two suitable references covering the last 2 years Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
