We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Lead Behaviour Mentor

to join our supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with students, helping them develop positive behaviours, build confidence, and thrive in a learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:


Provide one-to-one and small group mentoring to students with behavioural, emotional, or social difficulties. Support students in managing their behaviour and developing strategies for success. Work collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams, parents and external agencies. Monitor and track student progress, maintaining accurate records and reports. Promote a positive and inclusive school culture. Be an active member of the Safeguarding Team in the role of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead

Experience working with young people, dealing with difficult situations relating to poor behaviour. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A calm, patient, and empathetic approach. Ability to build positive relationships and manage challenging behaviour. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
