Behaviour Mentor
to join their team immediately.This is a challenging but highly rewarding role where you'll work closely with pupils who display complex behavioural needs, often stemming from trauma, social disadvantage, or unmet emotional needs. You will be a key support figure in their day-to-day learning and personal development.
The role includes:
Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups with emotional regulation and learning De-escalating challenging behaviour and applying positive behaviour strategies Acting as a consistent and trusted adult throughout the school day
You must have:
An enhanced DBS on the update service Up-to-date safeguarding training * Resilience, empathy, and a calm approach under pressure
