About this role




The St Bart's Multi Academy Trust, in partnership with Governors, staff and children of Abbey Hill Academy and College are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our hard working and committed team.

Job Purpose




To work with the Behaviour Service Support Manager as part of a professional team to support teaching and learning and behaviour management for SEN pupils on a 1:1 / small group basis.


Key Duties/Responsibilities



Monitor pupils' conduct and behaviour and intervene to resolve complex, difficult or very challenging issues Supervise individuals and groups of pupils throughout the day, including supervision in the classroom, playground and dining areas Work with pupils not working to normal timetable Escort and supervise pupils on educational and out of school activities Be resilient and have strong behavioural management skills Be willing to undertake and deliver Safety Intervention Training Work as part of a committed and friendly team.
