Behaviour Mentor - Year 2

Location:

Fantastic small primary school

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 3:15pm

Pay:

84 per day

? We're looking for a

Behaviour Mentor

to work 1:1 with a Year 2 child who needs extra support to thrive in the classroom.

. You'll be the calm, positive role model who helps a child regulate emotions, build confidence, and engage with learning.

What you'll do:

Provide consistent 1:1 support for a pupil with behavioural and emotional needs Use positive strategies to encourage engagement and resilience Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to adapt approaches Create a safe, supportive environment where the child can succeed

What we're looking for:

Experience in behaviour support or SEN (school-based experience is ideal) Patience, empathy, and a proactive mindset Ability to stay calm under pressure and build trust with pupils
