Hours

: 35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus PD Days), 8:30am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday (30mins unpaid lunch)

Fixed Term from 1 December 2025 - 17 July 2026, (role to be reviewed with a possibility of being made permanent)

We are seeking to appoint an experienced individual to manage the day to day running of the Behaviour Reflection Room. The role will include supervision of the students who require time away from the classroom due to behavioural incidents. The role focuses on reflection, intervention and reintegration, ensuring students learn from their actions and develop positive behaviours.
