We are seeking a calm, consistent and caring Reflection Room Manager to join our team and play a key role in improving student behaviour. The Reflection Room Manager plays a vital role in promoting our school's restorative and inclusive culture. As a Restorative Practice Champion, Behaviour Intervention Specialist, Safe Space Facilitator, and Mentor, you will inspire positive change and help students turn challenges into opportunities for growth.
You will manage the daily operation of the Reflection Room, ensuring pupils engage in meaningful, curriculum-linked work while supporting them to reflect and re-engage positively with school life. Working closely with Pastoral and Phase Leaders, you will monitor behaviour patterns, foster strong relationships, and contribute to maintaining our excellent standards of behaviour. We are proud that our suspension rates remain significantly below the national average and that no student has been permanently excluded for over five years.
