We're looking for a Behaviour Support Worker to join our team!



As a Behaviour Support Worker you will deliver behaviour support across the school working as part of the Student Support team, as well as implementing behaviour modification interventions specific to issues raised by the Student Support team or subject teachers with particular focus on students with emotional or mental health issues. You will also cover and support duties throughout the school, where required.

This role is 38 hours per week, term-time only + 5 days. The actual salary is 22,611 - 24,100 + AMAZING benefits!

Monday - Thursday - 8:00am - 4:15pm

Friday - 8:00am - 3:30pm

At the top of your game, you'll communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues, clearly understand and apply Restorative Practice principles and remain resilient, robust and resourceful. Co-op Academy Priesthorpe is situated in Pudsey and just 15 minutes from both Leeds and Bradford centre with places for 1250 students and 135 staff. The Academy has a very special ethos, which visitors continue to comment on. All colleagues, teaching and support, are responsible for a small coaching group of students which they meet with for 1.5 hours over a week. Full training is offered and you will be buddied up with a teaching member of staff. This adds a very rewarding element to the role.
