learning disabilities

acquired brain injury
, and presents with
severe behaviours which challenge
as he begins his transitions to support living in his own home.
Your focus will be dual: delivering highly skilled therapeutic interventions while prioritizing his
joy, happiness, and quality of life

What You Will Be Doing
Implement Therapeutic Plans:
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions precisely developed by a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
Be a Joy Giver:
Focus first and foremost on creating positive experiences, ensuring the young man is happy and enjoys his time with you.
Team Collaboration:
Work seamlessly as a crucial member of a small, highly trained team in the Swansea area.
Commit to PBS:
Learn and apply the most up-to-date, evidence-based, and compassionate methods for reducing challenging behaviour.
Working Hours & Flexibility
A range of shift patterns are available:
7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, - Friday - Sunday
Future Potential: More shifts and pattern variety may become available in the future as the young person's needs evolve.

Education -
Minimum of 5 GCSEs. A degree is preferred, but passion and experience outweigh qualification if you meet all other criteria. Either hold QCF Level 2 in Social Care or must be willing to work towards.
