Our Mytholmroyd facility is a key part of our operations, supporting customers across the UK and beyond.


We are currently looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing/Fitting team at our Mytholmroyd site.


Key Responsibilities:


Cutting, fabricating, vulcanising, and assembling conveyor belt materials, including PU, PVC, PTFE, modular, and rubber belting
Measuring accurately and working from technical drawings and specifications
Operating cutting tools, sealing equipment, and welding machinery (full training provided)
Manufacturing products in line with production schedules and quality standards
Inspecting finished products to ensure quality requirements are met
Packaging finished belts and preparing orders for shipment
Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised work area
Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
Participating in an on-call rota system, as required

What We're Looking For


Experience in manufacturing or fabrication (plastics, fabrics, or similar preferred)
Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive work and standing for long periods
Reliable, organised, and able to follow instructions
Sewing machine experience is an advantage but not essential
Driving licence preferred but not essential
