We are now seeking an BEMS Manager to join our team at i2020 Belfast



What you'll do:



Provide expert knowledge and guidance on BEMS and energy management systems Lead and coordinate internal teams and contractors in planned, preventative, and reactive BEMS maintenance Diagnose and resolve BEMS faults, including remote fixes and alarm management Identify and resolve HVAC performance issues via BEMS or reactive work orders Respond to Helpdesk requests and escalate issues requiring capital investment Develop and implement control strategies to maximise efficiency and reliability Drive software and hardware upgrades to minimise disruption and risk Analyse utility data, produce reports, and support sustainability goals


What you bring:



Extensive experience managing and operating building controls and BEMS (ideally Schneider, Trend IQ Vision, Cylon) Level 4 qualification (or higher) in Electrical/Building Services Engineering, Maintenance, Controls, or equivalent Experience using energy metering and energy management systems Proficiency in MS Office, plus advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, complex formulas) Strong ability to interpret large data sets and produce technical reports Desirable + BCIA Technical or Advanced Technical Certificates
+ Experience in government services or large estates
+ Membership of a professional body (e.g. CIBSE)
