Responsibilities
Assemble medical device components on the production bench using hand tools and power tools with precision and care
Follow detailed assembly instructions and work from technical drawings or work orders to ensure accuracy
Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify any defects or inconsistencies
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks to meet production goals efficiently
Qualifications
Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience, preferably in a medical or high-precision environment
Mechanical knowledge with familiarity using hand tools, power tools, and assembly line processes
Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for assembling small or intricate parts
Ability to interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and use basic measuring tools
Experience working with factory safety standards and protocols in a manufacturing setting
