Our Business
Atlas Concrete Ltd are one of the leading experts in all types of pre-stressed and pre-cast concrete products, supplying both the agricultural and construction industries. Due to continuous growth, we are looking to expand our Workington Joinery team to keep up with customer demand for our high quality concrete products.
14 per hour with overtime rate after 45 hours! Progression opportunities for candidates with the right attitude!
Duties include:
Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets; Using and maintaining machinery and tools in accordance with training and safe operating procedures to ensure highest standards of safety are maintained at all times; Being responsible for your own health and safety and that of others at all times.
Requirements:
Must have experience using woodwork machines such as bench saws; Must be able to read drawings; This is a physically demanding position, therefore candidates should be physically fit; Strong focus on delivering quality products safely; A commitment to working as a team to meet daily production targets; Must have confirmation of reliable transport to our Workington site; Must be reactive to feedback and receptive to change;
Successful candidates will be subject to a three month trial period to assess performance and reliability.
