Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bench Joiner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in joinery and carpentry, with the ability to work with various materials and tools. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. As a Joiner, you will be responsible for manufacturing our timber products, both internal and external to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
Manufacture Timber windows and doors. Bead and glaze up timber products. Manufacture a wide range of internal and external joinery Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
Proficiency in joinery techniques and practices. Experience in carpentry with a strong understanding of woodworking principles. Ability to use hand tools (saws, chisels, drills) and power tools (routers, sanders) effectively. Strong problem-solving skills when faced with a tough project. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
