We're looking for an experienced Bench Joiner who values quality, enjoys varied bespoke work and wants to be part of a small, supportive team where your skills really matter

The Role

You'll be hands-on in the workshop, manufacturing bespoke joinery items from drawings to precise specifications. The work is varied and often complex, ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and fine detail.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacture bespoke joinery from detailed drawings with accuracy and care Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently Carry out quality checks to ensure exceptional standards throughout production. Work to agreed timelines without compromising craftmanship Contribute to the teams continuous improvement and shared pride in the finished product.

About you

Proven experience as a Bench Joiner in a bespoke or high-end joinery environment is essential Excellent understanding of technical drawings and cutting sheets Skilled in the use of woodworking machinery and hand tools. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Able to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable, hardworking and takes pride in your work
