Overview
We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various aspects of joinery and construction, demonstrating proficiency in both fabrication and assembly. This role requires a hands-on approach, working with a range of materials and tools to create high-quality wooden structures and fittings. The Joiner will be involved in projects from initial design through to completion, ensuring that all work meets the required standards of quality and safety.
The main focus is to manufacture conservatory roofs, garden rooms and other timber projects.
Experience is essential for this role.
Requirements
Proven experience in joinery or carpentry is essential. Strong skills in joinery is essential Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in the trade. Knowledge of roofing practices is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
