The Role

We are seeking an experienced

Bench Joiner

to join our skilled workshop team. This is a practical, workshop-based role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys producing high-end bespoke joinery.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacture bespoke furniture, counters, and fittings from technical drawings Safely and efficiently operate woodworking machinery and hand tools Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace Work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team Consistently deliver high standards of quality and finish

About You

Proven experience in a workshop joinery environment Strong knowledge of bench joinery techniques and processes Confident reading and working from technical drawings Proactive, reliable, and well-organised Committed to producing high-quality work and meeting customer expectations
