About The Role :

Our EMEA Benefits (Senior) Advisor position is pivotal to supporting the continuing development and delivery of FTI\'s Employee Benefits strategy across EMEA. Reporting directly to the EMEA Benefits Manager (UK/I and DACH), you will contribute to the provision of health, wellbeing, lifestyle, risk and pension benefits - particularly in UK, Ireland, and Germany. In a region that currently spans 20 offices in 17 countries, this is a fast paced role offering real variety as well as a genuine opportunity to impact and support FTI\'s wider objective of attracting, retaining and engaging the best talent as we grow.

It\'s an opportune exciting time to join the team (4 including this role) with a number of high priority projects in play - roll out of region wide benefits, expansion of flex benefit platforms to Spain and Saudi Arabia and building benefit onboarding/offboarding automation.

What You Will Do:


  • Support a wide variety of benefit and pension projects including the implementation of new benefits to specific countries, benefit harmonisation exercises, automation of benefit enrolments/onboarding and exits/offboarding
  • Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of the UK and German Benefit portals, including annual enrolment windows, month end processes and associated employee facing communications
  • Contribute to broader HR initiatives, such as health and wellbeing
  • Partner effectively with the HR Service Centre, HR Business Partners, payroll teams, brokers and external vendors to ensure smooth running of deliverables
  • Point of contact for general benefits questions, ensuring they are all answered in a timely and efficient manner

What You Will Need :


  • Diligent, methodical and organised approach to work complemented by a high attention to detail

  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a variety of individuals at different levels of seniority

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic Qualifications (or equivalent):


  • Graduate degree or equivalent combination of experience and qualification
  • Demonstrable employee benefits and pension knowledge and experience, within fast moving corporate or professional services environments
  • Experience of supporting flexible benefits portals
  • Involvement in project activities, such as rolling out new benefits or developing communication cascades
Preferred Qualifications (or equivalent):


  • Experience using Darwin benefits software is preferred but not essential
