Job Objective  
Reporting to the Global Benefits Manager, the Benefits Specialist is responsible for supporting the delivery of global benefits projects and providing expertise in insurance renewals and plan  
design support to regional teams.
The role will specifically support Global Benefits Management (GBM) transformation project, including project tracking and reporting. This is a hands on role requiring problem solving, initiative and the ability to work across cross regional and functional teams.  
The role holder will have experience in project co-ordination and benefits administration experience would be desirable, ideally in an international setting. The role holder will manage their day to day tasks, with the ability to work independently on projects, renewals and analysis.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities  
Global Projects: support global benefits projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of actions as per plan.
Benefit its Renewals: support administration and co-ordination of benefits its renewals.
Plan Design: support the wider team as needed on benefit it plan design at local, regional and global level to meet the diverse needs of employees while maintaining cost efficiency.
Vendor Management: liaise with benefit its vendors, ensuring high-quality service and cost-effective solutions.
Data Analysis: Analyse benefit its data to identify trends and recommend data-driven decisions to improve benefits its of offerings.
Employee Communication: input to the development of communication content to ensure employees understand and appreciate their benefit its.
Influence And Decision Making Authority  
This role has autonomy over the delivery of day to day tasks, and may input to the overall benefit its strategy and plans.  
Job Requirements & Capabilities Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification in benefits management (e.g., CEBS) is preferred. OR Demonstrable experience in project management/reward/benefits administration. Job specific capabilities/skills:  
Excellent project co-ordination and organisational skills
At least 3 years previous work experience in the field of benefits administration / management across multiple countries
Knowledge of benefits programs and regulations in multiple countries is desirable.
Experience of vendor management desirable
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural and cross-functional team environment.
