The Retailer Academy is an award-winning learning and development programme that provides world class training to Bentley\'s Retailers whilst remaining forward thinking to ensure learning is always available at the user\'s fingertips. The LMS system is an integral part of the success of journey.

The role within the Bentley Retailer Academy will be an integral part of the Academy team. The role will be the customer centric role to provide information to the regional teams and the global retailer network. The role will provide an extraordinary user from the moment a retailer joins eAcademy, providing world class learning to the retailer network.

You will work along side the management team to meet the expectations of Bentley Motors whilst influencing and actively encouraging an environment that echoes the philosophy of this luxury brand and its company values.


  • Deliver an extraordinary experience to Retailers, suppliers, and visitors.
  • To undertake all duties associated with the Retailer Academy, E-Academy Learning Management System (LMS) and Retailer Academy email inbox.
  • Respond to retailers and customers through email or phone to address their queries, completing the required actions within the LMS.
  • Drives course attendance/occupancy for online and offline attendees.
  • Ensuring the Academy Calendar is efficient/accurate by supporting the provision of classrooms, assessments and certifications are completed effectively.
  • Maintaining all supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies for Retailer Academy face to face courses
  • Supporting the global learner\'s progression through their curriculums and mandated training.
  • Providing operational support to the central and global regional teams to expedite training.
  • Support Retailer Academy administration including but not limited to travel (if required), meeting etiquette/minutes, arrangement of meetings, project reviews, etc.
  • Supporting the journey and travel information for Retailer Academy guests/retailers, whilst meeting and providing a point of contact for all their queries whilst on site.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Provide a tailored, friendly, and professional service, with the customer firmly at the heart of what you do.
  • Provide a value-added service that enhances the customer experience and builds our brand and service reputation.
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
  • Candidates will have extensive experience of working in administration within the retail, hospitality, travel/leisure, or luxury automotive sectors.
  • Experience of supply management and Inventory control in an office environment.
  • Excellent administration and reporting skills
  • A passion for delivering first class customer service.
  • The ability to adapt and be flexible.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good social and interpersonal skills, personable with strong emotional intelligence.
