We are looking to recruit a Marina Operative at Penarth Marina on the Bristol Channel. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly, dedicated team who work hard to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. This multi-facetted role is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual with a flexible work ethic to join our team in a busy, purpose-built marina and boatyard.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

Proven customer service or customer facing experience Flexibility and adaptability to both marina and boatyard operations Ability to learn and use computer software systems "A can do" attitude and flexible approach to teamwork Be able to stay calm under pressure
In this role you will support the Marina Manager in proactively facilitating the efficient and safe running of the marina and boatyard, providing first-class customer service and carrying out general site maintenance. A good knowledge of boat handling and experience driving plant would be desirable but not essential as training, where required, will be given.

A full clean UK driving license is essential.

This role includes working outdoors in all weathers as part of a rota operating over a 14-day cycle including nights, weekends and bank holidays.
