Bespoke Sales Estimator and Coordinator

Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced and ambitious Bespoke Sales Estimator and project Coordinator to work within our bespoke department handling all aspects of the project from initial enquiries through to coordination of delivery. Working with our Bespoke Design Manager, you'll be the primary customer contact for high-value bespoke projects, serving architects, designers, landscapers and premium brands worldwide.

This role suits someone with strong commercial instincts, excellent communication skills, with experience and confidence to make decisions independently while being well-supported by our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

Act as primary contact for bespoke enquiries, building strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle Assess customer requirements and project feasibility with support from the Bespoke Design Manager Maintain regular communication during production phase, managing expectations and timelines Conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction

Project Coordination

Process enquiries through to quotation and order confirmation Create works orders and coordinate handover to production teams Organise stock allocation and ensure accurate system maintenance Liaise with Operations Manager on production schedules and delivery arrangements Handle payment collection (50% to commence, balance on completion) Complete commercial invoices and export documentation as required

Business Development Support

Follow up quotations to conclusion, identifying opportunities to progress prospects Proactively chase outstanding quotes and maintain pipeline visibility Support the sales process through technical knowledge and customer service

What We're Looking For

Essential

Sales or customer-facing experience Strong commercial awareness and decision-making ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience Detail-oriented with good organisational skills Comfortable working with international customers and export processes

Desirable

Experience in project coordination or operations Knowledge of construction, design, or landscaping sectors Understanding of manufacturing or bespoke production processes
