, we don't just build saunas -- we craft spaces of deep wellbeing, rooted in Scandinavian tradition and engineered for modern living. As the UK's market leader in authentic, high-performance sauna design and installation, our projects blend technical excellence, aesthetic precision, and absolute client satisfaction.
As demand continues to grow across both the residential and commercial sectors, we're expanding our senior sales team. We're now looking for a high-performing
Bespoke Sauna Design Consultant
to manage and close high-value, design-led projects across the South of England.
The Role
This is a senior, consultative sales role focused on
fewer, higher-value opportunities
. You'll be trusted to take each client through a detailed and often complex journey -- from first enquiry, to discovery, to design consultation, and through to close. Along the way, you'll collaborate with architects, designers, contractors and our in-house specialists to deliver technically sound, beautifully executed sauna solutions.
You'll need to be an exceptional communicator, a confident presenter, and a proactive deal-closer with
impeccable attention to detail
and a
genuine passion for high-end, bespoke products
.
This is a
high-trust, high-autonomy role, no excuses role
-- ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering excellence and exceeding expectations every time.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Managing the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to signed contract, with complete ownership of your pipeline.
Leading insightful discovery calls and in-depth consultations to understand your clients' needs, space, style, and budget.
Conducting
site visits and surveys
, interpreting technical requirements, and liaising with internal teams to deliver accurate and inspired design proposals.
Working with our in-house design team to translate the client's vision into exceptional sauna design briefs.
Presenting polished proposals and costings to clients with professionalism and clarity, confidently handling objections and guiding clients to confident decisions.
Managing project stakeholders, including architects, designers, contractors, and our internal operations teams, to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
Proactively following up post-installation to deliver handovers, resolve issues, and request reviews/referrals.
Ensuring prompt billing, clear communication, and meticulous record-keeping throughout the sales cycle. This includes non-negotiable, detailed sales CRM notes throughout the entire sales process.
While the majority of leads will be inbound, you will be expected to
generate new opportunities
through proactive outreach when needed -- especially with architects via offering CPD sessions (teaching them "how to specify a Sauna"), which leads to them bringing sauna projects to you.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' experience
in a consultative, design-led sales environment (e.g. bespoke kitchens, interior design, high-end construction).
A proven track record of
consistently exceeding sales targets
in a high-end premium or luxury product setting.
An
exceptional listener and communicator
, with the emotional intelligence to build trust with discerning, high-net-worth clients, both via video calls and in person in their exceptional homes.
Strong commercial acumen -- balancing creativity with cost awareness and technical rigour.
Comfortable with CRM systems, pipeline management, and maintaining detailed project notes.
Willing to travel regularly across the South of England for site visits and client meetings, predominantly in and around London, but sometimes further afield.
Holds a valid UK driver's licence and access to a reliable, presentable vehicle.
Willing to travel to our HQ in Spennymoor, Durham at least
once every 12 weeks
. Must be happy to spend your first 4 working weeks at HQ in Durham for training & onboarding (accommodation paid for).
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive -- with the
confidence to lead
, and the humility to collaborate.
Passionate about wellness, craftsmanship, and building exceptional customer experiences.
Located in or near the Home Counties, Southeast England or Greater London.
Desirable (but not essential)
Background in interior design, luxury home renovations, or the wellness/spa industry.
Experience working with main contractors, architects, and specifiers

A high-trust role with autonomy, responsibility, and huge potential, in an industry experiencing exceptionally high growth.
Ongoing professional development and support from an ambitious, energetic, and highly collaborative team.
