Sales Accounts and Business Development Manager

. Specializing in bespoke architectural staircases for prestigious residential and commercial properties, we combine cutting-edge design with structural excellence and aesthetic precision.

In this pivotal role, you'll be the driving force behind our client acquisition and business growth strategy locally and internationally. You'll work closely with architects, interior designers, and property developers, nurturing relationships and presenting innovative staircase solutions that blend function and art. Your fluency in English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Kazakh will allow you to seamlessly manage diverse client portfolios and expand our reach across multiple markets.

We're looking for someone who understands the intricacies of architectural staircase design and has a solid grasp of UK Building Regulations (including Part K and M, and relevant BS codes). You'll conduct site visits, translate technical drawings and specifications, and present complex ideas with clarity across cultures and languages.

Beyond technical and architectural expertise, your role will involve creating compelling sales proposals, identifying new market opportunities--especially in the luxury residential and boutique commercial segments--and ensuring client satisfaction from consultation to project completion. Your strong commercial acumen and client-first approach will be key to closing deals and driving our brand forward.

Ideal candidates will bring 3-5 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or architectural product sales. You should feel at ease reading architectural drawings, coordinating with design and production teams, and representing the brand at trade shows and industry events. A background in architecture, construction, or premium interior design is highly desirable, as is a network within London's architecture and design ecosystem.
