We have an opportunity for a Best Interest Assessor to join our dedicated and supportive Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards Team (DoLS).


A full-time Best Interests Assessor is needed to join the Conwy Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) team. You will be working within a friendly and skilled team of Best Interests Assessors and a DoLS co-ordinator, completing DoLS assessments and supporting other teams and services to implement the principles of the Mental Capacity Act. There may also be the opportunity to complete Community DoL assessments in future.





We are willing to consider applications from those who may not be experienced Best Interests Assessors, if you share the same level of commitment and aptitude for the role.





A successful Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be required as part of the recruitment process.


This role offers flexible working options for a work life balance. This can include adjusting your working day and hybrid working, ie a balance of office and home working.
