Join Holland & Barrett at a pivotal moment in our data journey. As a BI Developer in our central Business Intelligence team, you'll design and deliver impactful dashboards and insights that shape decision-making across the business. Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, you'll translate complex questions into scalable data solutions, mentor others, and help build a modern, future-proof BI capability that supports our growth and purpose-led strategy.

The Role
Key responsibilities
Design, build and optimise high-impact dashboards in Metabase aligned to strategic KPIs
Develop and optimise SQL and scalable data models across complex datasets
Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Digital, Product and Supply Chain to shape data-driven decision-making
Support delivery of BI roadmap initiatives, managing priorities, risks and quality standards
Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics and Data Science on end-to-end data solutions
The Person
Person requirements
Experience in BI or analytics within a commercial environment
Strong SQL and data modelling capability with a performance focus
Proven ability to influence stakeholders through clear data storytelling
Experience working with modern data stacks (e.g. Redshift, BigQuery, Matillion)
Growth mindset with passion for quality, scalability and continuous improvement
