shaping the future of our marketing and commercial efforts

A typical day might look like this:

Leading and supporting the BI team that focuses on commercial and marketing insight. Working with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver clear, actionable insights. Supporting the development of reports and dashboards to track performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement. Guiding your team in using data effectively to solve problems and proactively spot opportunities.

What we're looking for in you (your superpowers!)

We're looking for someone who is

a natural collaborator

and enjoys developing people.

The Must-Haves:

Proven experience leading BI, performance, or data teams. Strong data visualization skills, ideally with Tableau, but other tools like Looker or Power BI are great too. Expert SQL knowledge. Confidence working with senior stakeholders and translating technical detail into simple, clear stories that drive action.

The Nice-to-Haves (bonus points if you have these!):

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and balancing short-term needs with long-term improvements. Knowledge of the online gambling industry.
