About the Role



As a

mechanic

, you will be at the core of the workshop operations--assembling, diagnosing faults, servicing, and repairing a

wide range of bikes, e-bikes, and scooters

. You will also help with

retail sales

, offering expert advice on parts, accessories, and upgrades. Your role will include:

Performing repairs and maintenance

while adhering to high standards.

Providing top-tier customer service

, explaining technical information clearly and professionally. Assisting customers with

sales inquiries

and recommending appropriate parts and upgrades. Keeping the

workshop organized and efficient

, ensuring all tools and workstations are properly maintained. Accurately recording repairs, services, and sales in our

POS and workshop management system (Bike-Book).

Contributing to the

growth and innovation

of the shop with new ideas and improvements.

About You



A strong passion for bikes and

mechanical expertise

in servicing and repairs.

Cytech Technical Two qualification is mandatory

. Excellent

customer service and communication skills

, able to explain technical details clearly. Ability to work in a

fast-paced retail and workshop environment

. Experience using

POS systems and workshop software

.

Flexible and adaptable approach

to work, including weekends and off-site event support.

Full UK driver's license

is advantageous. Physical ability to

lift e-bikes and heavy components

when needed.

Availability to work Monday - Saturday, with one weekday off
